against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own
race is superior

characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race,
especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another
race or races
Astounding that a President of the United States is an unabashed racist, spewing this hate without a hint of shame. Maybe he can't or won't feel shame, but certainly every thinking, caring American is ashamed that this vile man represents our country to the world.
